WordPress Contact Form 7 Plugin Problem

New information
This is not the name of your Inbox email address:
jerome1g@xo3.x10hosting.com
If you are sending email(s) from here don't. You won't be be able to get email back
Instead you will get the following message:
550 You do not have sufficient privileges to send mail to this address. Please authenticate and try again.
Here is what I have found:
Under Email Accounts -- This is where you create all your email accounts
I have two
1) wordpress@jerome1greene.x10host.com
2) x10host@jerome1greene.x10host.com
Anything before ________@jerome1greene.x10host.com (you create)
This is your email address
I can now sign into either of the two email accounts and send and receive email with no problems. And yes I can also reply to the email I sent from either of the email two address. "No more 550 Message"
Please Note ***
I believe x10host has made a change to the Email Accounts Panel
Where your email address is listed, if you look on the far right side of the screen you see the "More Button"
I think they added a "Access Webmail" option to that button. That is one way to be sure you are not in
"jerome1g@xo3.x10hosting.com"
This does not solve the original problem of this thread

This is what the folks over at the vistapanel said to me.
I am also hosting at x10hosting and using their free account:
"Free hosting email can only be sent and received via the Webmail in your free hosting cPanel.
php mail() sendmail is enabled on free hosting and it allows the sending of Forum activation links and similar type of mails, any emails which are not registration activation emails or similar may not be delivered by PHPsendmail.
sorry smtp is not available on free accounts .... but you may send via your own SMTP server using PHP sendmail/mail()
free hosting email is provided as is, and on a best effort basis.

For those of you who continue to have trouble and are hosting at x10hosting I suggest you go over to the
vistapanel website and create a support ticket
