wordpress email not fully working?

I thought the wordpress email issue was resolved, but not all emails are being delivered. i have a couple of admin accounts that should receive the emails, and only one had it delivered. I checked the junk mail on the account and they were not in there. I then sent a test message to another account and it didn't make it to that account either. I am using Subscribe2 for email notifications, and have installed Email Log. Email Log shows all of the email attempts.

is anyone else having the same issue? wordpress is also not sending out normal notifications to admin accounts for new posts. this was working until 3/28. Email Log shows the emails as sent.
