This error is because of PHP version. I suppose you have Version 1.

Go to: http://x10hosting.com/account

Login with your username and password, and request a change from PHP Version 1 to PHP Version 2.

After this everything will be OK.

No clue how you possible missed this when you even posted in the news post that tells you what to do. Do what WinGate said. Next time use the search function, read the scrolling text at the top of the forum or heck... even read the news instead of just making a post in it >:O
