Wordpress Installation error

hi guys i am very new here to x10hosting ..

first of all i need to say that u guys are doing a fantastic job here...

my first impression about the range of access i have itself impressed me..

first of all i am not able to go to http://www.x10hosting.com/account

using the given username and password from the email u sent itself is not working ..

anyway i am able to see my control panel thru http://funisland.elementfx.com:2082/



secondly i ran intoa problem while installing wordpress...at the final step...

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of preg_replace() with /e modifier is forbidden by configuration in /home/sivaram/public_html/blog/wp-includes/kses.php(627) : regexp code on line 627

i read that i should request for php version...

but since bcoz i cant use http://www.x10hosting.com/account i am unable to request ..
please help me ...thnks

And why you cant use the x10hosting.com/account ?
Have any message about this issue?

If you say what is the error, maybe a Staff could already try fix it and then, you could normally request the php change

An Error Has Occurred
The username specified does not exist.

wht should i do now .. i even tried to reconfirm the account by using resendconfirmation link... but it says there is no user in that name ..??/

but i have got a email stating all the details .inlcuding username , password, etc.. the thing is i am able to use the cpanel thru 2028..

Sounds like your error is you are using your forum id to log into accounts or something more sinister. You access the php upgrade request from http://x10hosting.com/login and it redirects you to /account after so you can request php v2 for wp.

What's your cPanel account? The one you use to login at: http://funisland.elementfx.com:2082/

i use free hosting ad free scheme...

You need to get support to change your php plan so to less strict php configuration, that would solve your wordpress problem

Did you get it to work?
wisdomtool is right in that you need to request php upgrade to intermediate. That's why I said to login to http://x10hosting.com/login

no www. and no /hosting okay? Use the same login and password you use to access this forum
At the bottom of that page you'll see the request forum

If you still can't login to the account settings than pm your account username to a mod like fedlerner asked you to.
