Wordpress multi-user problems

I'm trying ot install wordpress multi-user however after I enter all the relivent info I get

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of preg_replace() with /e modifier is forbidden by configuration in /home/wh00p101/public_html/blog/wp-includes/kses.php(627) : regexp code on line 627

However when I go to the site I can see it find I just can't login to the admin section. The login details are emailed to you. is this a php verison problem?

Have you upgraded your account to v2 (Intermediate) of PHP?

Why do you need Wordpress MU, remember you are the only one who can use your webspace.

I want to use multiple blogs and not use up all my databases.

Upgrade your PHP version.

I need to upgrade it from intermediate to advanced?

You need to upgrade it to Intermediate.
After your account gets upgraded, wait. It usually takes 4 hours for changes to take effect.

I've been running on intermediate for a month or so. I guess I forgot to wait for the settings to be applied to the subdomain. thanks for the help
