Wordpress not conecting to database

I am trying to install worpress but it keeps telling me that
Error establishing a database connection

How do i fix this? What should i have as my local MySQL hostname should it be local host or mysql-fris.x10hosting.com. I have tried both, i have made two databases and usernames neither have worked

If your mysql isn't working do this

Go to your remote hosts and add:

int.fris.x10hosting.com
69.175.6.94

and hostname should be localhost

Thanks it ended up being that i had to add to

"If you have MySQL issues please go to the remote MySQL section of your cPanel and add “int.fris.x10hosting.com” as an access host. This should fix the MySQL issues."
