WordPress problems

WordPress will not install (I am installing it manually), I get a error 500 Internal Server Error.

My website is "tcrow777.x10hosting.com", my server's name is "Stoli" and the WordPress install script is at "http://tcrow777.x10hosting.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php".

I have done all the stuff concerning the Stoli MySQL move.

I get a 500 internal server error, PHP errors shouldn't give you that.

I have basic PHP.

Here is the error in the error log:

Do not set executable files to 777.

I can't connect to MySQL, cPanel is refusing to let me add "stoli.x10hosting.com" to the Remote Database Access Hosts.

Forgot to set password in "wp-config.php".

cPanel is still refusing to let me add "stoli.x10hosting.com" to the Remote Database Access Hosts.
