Wordpress Upgrade just isn't happening

I'm trying to upgrade my wordpress to the latest version 2.6.1 but everytime I go to upgrade it, it's saying

Warning: phpinfo() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/iglitter/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2223

I see that someone else has the same problem and I tried to follow the instructions but in fuctions.php I can't see to find phpinfo() to edit.

Can anyone help me out? I did pm techash but they just told me to make a thread so yeah.help please
