Wordpress won't update

I'm trying to update Wordpress from WP's control panel, and it says I don't have sufficient privileges. What's going on?

Are you trying to update plugins or just the wordpress? Your best bet is to do a manual upgrade.

So, like, actually download Wordpress and upload it to the server and all that?
