Goto mysql databases in your cpanel and

1. Create a database.
2. Create a user.
3. assign the user to the database by giving the all privileges
4. use those settings while installing the wordpress

Database host is localhost
Databasename is cpanelusername_databasename
Username is cpanelusername_databaseusername
