Hi, i have tried installing wordpress manuall and over softaculous. both ways have failed, softaculous threw up a php error. could you please reset the files to their original structure and install wordpress? If i can get this thing all running, i will be going to premium

Good Morning.
This is a bit strange problem as relatively large number of users on boru(your hosting account is on boru) are using wordpress and its very softly and easily installed.
But I understand that you faced the problem and it should be a genuine problem.Can you please put the error details as well?This is to understand what exactly the problem is.
Also try cleaning the browser cache,try using softaculous to install wordpress in a separate folder (name should be different from the ones you used previously).
Check the settings you are putting and if the error comes again, post the error details as well.
