Worry of copyright infringement...

Upon signing up for speakout.pcriot.com i stumbled apon speakout.com where 'speakout' is copyrighted. is there anyway to change my subdomain without creating a new account because of the things already set in motion of fixing the firewall and my messaging of Brandon and Fedlerner?

go into the x10hosting.com log in and change your domain from there and as for the copyright law u cannot copyright a name inless its trade marked but ani ways if u was breaking ani laws they have to send you an e-mail or get in touch with you telling you to ammend your mistake or they will take legal action lol

well i have it changed now, thank you, but im still having trouble signing into my CPanel...and my website still is not showing up thespeakproject.pcriot.com

obvioiusly it hasent switched from speakout to thespeakproject because i can log into speakout

when i sign into stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 it says i have speakout.pcriot.com still assigned to me so apparently somewhere in the middle of me and Brandon changing it its been screwed up or the server didnt get it or something i dunno but my Account Management panel says i have thespeakproject.pcriot.com and my stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 cPanel says i have speakout.pcriot.com...so im guessing this needs to be changed manually by an Admin or Account manager.
