I understand that a huge amount of problems have been experienced with X10hosting recently, though I do not fully understand what those problems are. I also appreciate that a huge amount of work has gone in to restoring the systems from those problems.

I would just appreciate some clarification on what this means for me, please.

I can log into my cPanel today, which I haven't been able to do before. I previously had markbradford.co.uk as a parked domain on the account. This seems to have disappeared now. I am most concerned that the data related to that site has been lost. Can you confirm whether or not this has been backed up?

The related Wordpress 'bradford_wrdp1' MySQL Database is still listed but shows up as 0.00MB.

I would appreciate any assistance that you could offer in this, please.

1. See if you can re-park the domain. If you cannot, please post back here with any error message.

2. cPanel database size figures always seem to be off. Go to PHPMyAdmin and look at the database. You can see the tables and the data inside. (If you ever have problems with WordPress or any other MySQL script, you can edit settings and data directly here....but you have to know what you are doing).
