Would I use x10 nameservers with cloudflare? or just cloudflare name servers?

Here's what I'm looking at. I was told to use cloudflare name servers. However, I'm wondering, would I use both x10's and cloudflare's? Or do I remove x10's nameservers from the list entirely and just use cloudflare's nameservers? Like the following:

I waited more than 48 hours and still says I'm not using cloudflare's DNS. Whenever I check with cloudflare it says the nameservers weren't pointed properly so I removed x10's nameservers just now. Hoping that this is the proper way then.

To use Cloudflare, you need to change your domain's authoritative DNS servers, which are also referred to as nameservers.

Use Cloudflare's; I think using both would defeat the purpose of using Cloudflare.
