Would it be possible to "reset" ?

Would it be possible to delete everything of my server, its messed up there are folders there that wont go and there are some files that shouldn't be on there, i was wondering would it be possible to delete my account or more a less reset my account, i have previously had suspensions but this time its all sorted.
