WP- admin error

When i try to connect to wp admin at http://alltwilightinfo.pcriot.com/wp-admin/

it says

And other wp wont open at : http://alltwilightinfo.pcriot.com/garage/


And it says :

Same warnings on WP Admin login page.

x10 admins: That is something you guys are doing. It is not /home/cPanelUserName/something.php

Any php script that adjusts headers will now get that error.
