WP vs. Json

I created the directory from softaculous and installed WordPress 6.8.1 but I get an error: WordPress 6.8.1 requires the json PHP extension.... the url is this: https://marcbeltranarcas.x10.mx/wp/sapp-wp-signon.php?pass=hue5jhi9b2cpc5x8pfjz0gqnwodusano
Can you look at it for me please. thx

On Hosting Control Panel:

Extra Features > Select PHP Version > Extensions > json

Thanks for answer, the extension is selected, the php is 7.4
