WP was uninstalled but not by me, now getting Error 503 Backend fetch failed

Hi

For reasons unknown to me, word press was uninstalled from my site. How is that even possible?


I reinstalled word press and when I try to upload my backup xtml file I get Error 503 Backend fetch failed.

Is there any way you can restore my site?
