wrong email address for my account

Somehow my email address has changed back to the original email when I signed up (?over a year ago?). Some months ago my email changed from alltel.net to windsteram.net, and my account was updated to windstream.net at that time. Today, I noticed that my email is back to alltel.net (which wont work...).

WHEN I TRIED TO CHANGE MY EMIAL TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS (of windstream.net) the error message was "email already in-use", and the update failed.

If memory serves, we had to do some gymnastics to get my email corrected the last time, also.

What do we need to do?
