wrong page

i installed vbulletin on my account...after few hours i couldnt access my site:dunno:....then after 1day i culd access nd i completely get a new page of cpanel(apache is installed)can any1 say me hoe to change tat:rant2:

There default apache page usually appears when a server is being rebooted and recovering.
Currently stoli http is offline. We are aware of the problem and are working on get it back up.
