wrong suspension

My account is suspended now because my site using to many system resources..
It's IMPOSSIBLE! my site nomorebackpain.pcriot.com has some static html pages and few simple php scripts!
I don't understand....
May be It's mistake?
What I have to do now?

Took a quick look in the logs, a few notices for this URI:

In those notes your account was using between 50 and 80% of one CPU.

I removed all conflict scripts.. I will check another php files... Can you tell me what instructions I have to find and patch?
Can I check log files of mys site by myself?
