Wrongly Suspended

My account was suspended. I believe it was suspended because I uploaded the PHProxy script. Though,
after re-reading the ToS, I believe we may have a misunderstanding. The ToS explicitly states: "Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason." I was so relieved when I read that statement! Although I did upload the PHProxy script, I never used it. Having never used it means I did not violate the ToS.

If you could kindly unsuspend my account, I would gladly appreciate it.
