www before domain not working

My domain works only without the www, I cannot add it as a subdomain.

You wouldn't be able to add www as a subdomain. what is your site URL.

I currently can't access either. Also, my parked domain... http://ibuzzz.net, I can't access it with the www EVER. Weirdly, I can only access my site on different address during the day, never the same, it's a surprise everytime. When I can't access it, often my partner can access it. I try the DNS flushing, emptying cache, history and so on and it's the same everyday. That is the main reason why I had changed to ibuzzz.x10hosting.com so that I always have at least 2 addresses I can access it from, but right now, I can't. My website is the only thing I have problems accessing on the web.

Really need help to fix this as I am running out of ideas.
