WWW. does not work.

:gtfo:When I input www.firelightdesignandsign.com it does not work.
When I type in http://firelightdesignandsign.com it works without a hitch. Any ideas?
everybody puts in the www. It's kind of necessary.

I think your files have to be in the public_html folder if you want www in front of your url.

they are located in the www and public_html folder. Shoud they be duplicates?

AFAIK public_html and www are the same folder, so not duplicates.

for me neither work... I think I have did all things right. Right nameservers, cpanel fixes...
