www.domain.com is working, domain.com isn't

Hello, any thoughts on why this may be and how I can get them both working? Ideally, I would like domain.com to redirect to www.domain.com, but the other way would work as well. This is new site and will basically be a single HTML page with only textual information.

I've been messing with the Advanced DNS Zone editor and .htaccess files, but haven't had any luck.

Any help would be appreciated!
