Hello,

Recently I signed up for x10Hosting after using Byethost.com (terrible, cache takes ages to update, slow etc). I have a domain name, and the domain only works with out any www's after (http://domain.com), but when you put (http://www.domain.com), it goes to the old Byethost error page (which is crappy and filled with ads).

So my question is, how do I resolve this? I created two addon domains from my cPanel on X10, www. and no www... and I see no changes. Help?

You updated the nameservers at 2010-05-09

The dns propagation may takes time.

Bytheway the domain is working with both www and without www

Just use domain.com as addon domain and it will work for www and without www as you are using nameservers to point to x10.

Right now you have a redirect/feedback loop between the two.
I would get rid of any redirects and would probably remove them as add-ons, if the system didn't have a tendency to retain them in the system.
Then I would park the domain. But, as I said, the system seems to cause problems when people try to do that.

I'm not allowed to put the site on until my client wants me to, I'd appreciate if you would remove the link.

I'll wait I guess.
