For me both with and without www, both are working.

without www is redirecting to www..halo-hub.com/portal.php

clear your browser cache and flush your dns and try again.

You are on starka and it is under migration. http://status.x10hosting.com/

So the dns propagation may take time I think.

For me I can access both urls.

I just had a Message on skype from another one of my members saying he couldnt access it either

also on the cpannel when you add a redirect and you look for the domain to put it on i have no .com domain it is x10hosting.com subdomain

These problems are occuring because your server is starka
and Currently our admins are doing migration on starka,stoli and chopin

After the migration done all problems will be sorted
