I am unable to connect to the control panel and the web page is not working sinde several days.
When can I connect?

That cPanel link works for me.
Try clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS cache.

The question mark wouldn't make any difference whatsoever, as it would just tell the browser that GET input is following, just like you can visit http://x10hosting.com/? or any other site for that matter.
