hi,

my website seems to be destroyed.
I cant acces it
When I log in my account whith my account loggin witch is jihell I'm redirected to a page that tell me to link my forum account to get acces to advertized supported account (I was in free ad account at the moment)

I'm OK to migrate to advertized but when I enter my account name to receive the mail to proceed linking (should be jihell or santoni ) it tell me "
An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.":dunno:

Please helpppp.. !!!

Hi,

What is your cpanel username?

And to link your accounts are you logging into http://x10hosting.com/login with your forum details and then entering your cpanel details?
