www version mot working but non www does help with dns setup at the c panel

I recently bought my domain name at bigrocks.in and setup the name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. now only my non www version is showing the index\ files but www.mytechshout.com displays default page..

I searched the net the whole day and din't find how to do this

Do i have to setup a cname and A record in my cpanel ..
If so how do i set up them...
i am new to this
Please help...

Both ways are working for me. Please flush your computer's dns and clear your browser's cache. If you are still having problems, then the dns is still in the process of updating. I, too, had this problem before when I placed a domain in my account for the first time. It should just resolve itself after around a day or so.
