www website non-working

i have my website http://winkeldesignstudio.com which is working fine but for some reason the www.winkeldesignstudio.com is not working, though every thing seems fine, i tried creating a www -> non www site but still didn't work either, any hints of what is the problem or what i should do ?

forgot to say that i get redirected to : http://staff.x10hosting.com/default.web.page/

ps. a friend of mine just told me it might be something about the cname record, and he asked me to open mail.winkeldesignstudio.com and that also was not working.

Please clear your browser's cache and flush your computer's dns. I can get to your site with and without the www.

ok so the www worked, but the http://mail.winkeldesignstudio.com isn't, i tried to curl it from a vps to make sure it isn't my browser or dns or any thing and this is what i got
