Hi,
I have been using X-10 for about 20 years. Works great. Except recently, it started acting up, the controller would not control some of the modules. I added the X-10 repeater, worked great again. 6 months later, (now) the same condition occurred. So, I bought a new repeater, thinking this was the issue. New repeater, old repeater, I have the original condition. Some modules work, others do not. I have a .1uf cap bridged between phases on the main breaker box to insure the signal will pass phase to phase. This has worked for years, I installed it about 20 years ago as well.

Taking the controller and plugging it in at different locations (Different phases) makes the other modules work. So, I guess I’m stumped for now. If you have a suggestion, I’m willing to try it. The signal is not making it from one phase to the other.

We are a company that provides web hosting services, both free and paid. It does to me sound as what you are asking about is a completely different product, a physical such even, you'd need to seek support for that at the product vendor as we can not help you with this.

Since this is not a question that relates to x10hosting in any way, I'll close this thread up to avoid confusions.
