X04 passes login, stalls going to cPanel

Trying to log into cpanel on X04. Signs in ok then stall with:
Completing sign in
Please standby while you're transferred to the hosting control panel.






Sign in complete! Redirecting to the control panel..
And dies even waiting 10 minutes. Any issues?

Hi,

Please could you ensure that there are no firewalls, routers, proxies or VPNs in place that could be blocking your connection to port 2083? Many workplaces and schools tend to do this.
