Hi!

On edit the DNS servers to transfer my domain (gabrielfonseca.adv.br) to x10 (ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com), the query/search is denied and refused. At a nslookup verify, my domain is refused. I delete and reinstead the domain on control panel, but the error still remains.

>nslookup gabrielfonseca.adv.br ns1.x10hosting.com
Server: ns1.x10hosting.com
Address: 198.91.80.135#53

** server can't find gabrielfonseca.adv.br: REFUSED

I read here some situations like this on brazilian domains (registro.br is the manager institute) calling like a "catch-22 situation" or something like that, and in this cases an admin will need add the DNS zone.

Anyone can help me, please? Thanks.

From your 2nd screenshot it seems your registrar is not accepting the NS entries, you will need to contact your registrar in order to use the x10 nameservers

The registry of DNS server in the registar is OK, the connection is realized, but the message means that "The DNS server refused to send information about the domain to system" (and not the system registar). It seems like the x10hosting server is not provide a DNS server or something like that, because the server don't accept the connection.

On this post (https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/dns-search-denied.211456/#post-994587) the problem was the same, and I don't know how it was solved.

Thank you!

You must first add the domain to your service with us so that when your provider completes the NS Lookup it is complete. Some registrars are like this.

Can you add the domain to our service then update the NS?
