My domain http://www.bordercollie.x10.mx isn't working. I don't know why, because it's active and i allready uploaded my files. When I go to my domain, it is saying that the domain isn't in use?

Please clear your browser's cache. I can see your site just fine.

Yes, it wasn't the cache, it just suddently did work. But now it isn't working again. I don't understand why the site is shutting down every time?
