Hello , my username is 3xtgaming80 .
I wanted to buy Premium and use the transfer service , however the Username field for me to fill up my current username has limited characters , I can only type till "3xtgamin" in the username field. Please help , thank you !

You have to mention the cpanel username that is different than your forum username....

OR

You can open the support request at Client Area once purchased the premium account

In the support request state the Cpanel username of free hosting So the staff will move the account to premium server....

Alright , didn't see carefully. My bad. Just to confirm , my CP user name is "exteam" right ?
