I have a couple of questions about X10Premium:

- I have seen that X10Premium offers Free SSL Certificate when signing up for 3 years, but is that a Private SSL Certificate or a Shared SSL Certificate?
- Can you give me a domain which is hosted on X10Premium
- What are the usage limit / restrictions etc.

Thanks :)

Hello,

- This SSL certificate is a dedicated certificate that will be used only on a domain on your account.

- You can use any domain we already provide for free hosting, or a domain you already own.
Signing for 2 or 3 years will grant you a free domain that you would otherwise have to purchase from a registrar (You get to choose the domain, as long as it's not already taken).
We also provide a registrar service at https://clients.x10hosting.com/domainchecker.php

- I'm not entirely sure on the exact limitations for resource usage, but x10premium has it's own terms of service:
http://x10premium.com/terms.php
http://x10premium.com/aup.php

I would recommend sending any further questions regarding premium to the x10premium support team at this email address:

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I think you have misunderstood my second question about the domain due to me not being clear enough, I meant can you give me a sample site which is hosted on X10Premium (So I can see the speed of loading a typical webpage on X10Premium).

Ah, yes, I had misunderstood, my apologies. I'm unfortunately not able to give out URLs to other client accounts without prior permission from said client, but I'll point you to my website (It's currently under construction so there'll be some broken links and sections that don't work at all as a result)
