x10 rewards - Unsuspension

I've tryed to get from "x10" -> "x10 rewards" -> Unsuspension ... and it says:

Your account, is not suspended.
If your account has a suspension message and isn't marked as suspended here, please make a thread at the Suspended Accounts forum.

But my account is suspended.

Why is not Unsuspension working ?

Did you follow the instructions it gave? As you said ( and copied ) it says to go to that link and whatnot. Did you do that?

Yes.
I followed the instruction... the link it says "click here" it goes directly to login into x10hosting.com/account to see if it's marked like suspended (and it is suspended).
BUT ... when i try to get from "x10 rewarding" -> "Unsuspension" it says that the account is not suspended.

Question: How much time it takes untill my account will be unsuspended?
