I already managed to get into cPanel on fris. I am thankful to find that none of my files have been lost in the process, but whenever I try to access my site online, it shows an x10absol as a prefix to the site address (for short: site doesn't show up and it says it's a suspended page even though my account isn't suspended). I just need clarifications if this is simply a server migration-related issue or something else. Thank you.
