X10host Dot com is not working/Letting me use the domain name ! HELP PLEASE

I have used x10 hostings Free services before. And have had no issues but it seems that this error pops up every time i try to use the current domain Extension "x10host.com". Then I get this Error.

"Unable to add the domain name − The domain “pennstatefilms.x10host com” may not be created by “pennstat” because “x10host Dot com” is already owned by another user".

The reason for this is because it is in fact being used by another user (admin/owner). May I ask what you're trying to do?
