when i try to login to my hosting account via http://www.x10hosting.com/account

it brings me to a page that asks for
In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

i enter the correct info and it still says user does not exist

It happed to me to, but once i made the cPanl emal (incontacts i think) the same as my form contact info, and put that in it workd

edit by me: by the way it still works and i still have ad-free, so it dosent mess that up.

When your account is created it automatically links with your forum account.

By signing up again, you mean getting a new forum account?

No, just a new hosting account.

Done, but I had to get a new domain. Could my old domain, xeonnetwork.x10hosting.com be removed?
