I am new to x10Hosting. My x10Hosting account and cPanel is not properly configured. There seems to be an error in my cPanel saying my main domain is yourdomain.com instead of jessicarana.co.cc.

I thought I can modify my domain to something else and then modify it back to jessicarana.co.cc but it doesn't work. Whenever I try to modify my domain, an error occurs. It says "Hosting Domain Modification submitted August 8 at 7:51 pm nV5v7PFiQNIT" and also says "A system error occurred while processing this action. Error Code: C085843B".

According to cPanel, the server name is "starka". The "STATS" panel is messed up and says "[an error occured while processing this directive]" and upon click it gives a bunch of code:
Code:

Upon clicking on server status, everything is okay except "httpd (2.2.19 (Unix)) failed".

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

No one knew the answer, I just got notified of this one on IRC.

There's a bunch of core cPanel files that are supposed to be in your home/cpanelusernamegoeshere directory that are missing, that appears to be the major cause. Something has them cleared out, which is causing the domain on the account to think it's "yourdomain.com" (which is wrong), and worse it's causing the server to not realize the account even exists.

About the only option at this point is to terminate the account and then go through signup to recreate it; if you wish to do that, fill this out:

cPanel username:

( ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

I advised your sister of this on IRC too, so she knows what's going on too :)

Great, system's telling me "Fatal Error" like it can't erase the account either, which is really messed up. I'm seeing who I can get in touch with who might be able to figure out how to erase an account that doesn't think it exists, cause this one appears to be beyond what my access level can handle >_<

Edit: I left an IM with one of the admins, I'm also going to escalate this to the ticket system that staff use; keep an eye on your account panel (it's at x10hosting.com/control ) for updates.

Addon for staff, disregard this escalated ticket for now, found a user who found a way to terminate the account.
