X10Hosting beginner needs some help (404 errors)

Hey, I havent found any other threads on this so I thought it would be okay to ask myself. I'm trying to install IPB, after having uploaded all the directories and files and set the permissions, I'm getting 404 errors for when I try to access the installation page. Can anyone help me?

It says that the page wasn't found.
You have a directory named "Forums". The server differences Upper-cases from Lower-cases, so the URL should be: http://flawlessvictory.pcriot.com/Forums/

I've noticed you've the "Basic" PHP version. For your forum to work correctly you'll need to request the "Intermediate" PHP version. You can do this at: http://x10hosting.com/account (you need to login with your FORUM username and password).
