x10hosting.com/account accessable but cpanel isnt

I have registered a new site for my domain,
I can access the account panel but not cpanel and I think my site hasn't even been created by cpanel

Edit: Just read another topic so i included my ip: 118.100.81.104

Edit again: Restarted router, got new ip but still same problem

As you havent replaced the nameservers with ours, the IP I get back for your domain is not one of x10s.

This is another reason why I always recommend using an x10 subdomain as your prime URL, and parking any domains you wanted to host, so that if anything goes wrong it still works.

Done this as well:

Windows IP Configuration

Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.

I see the "Apache" page. This tells me that the nameservers have not propagated to x10 yet. This can take up to 72 hours.

You need to set the DNS nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com at your domain registrar.

our DNS servers have different IPs now, which is why you have the problem, and why we say use the names.

Sorry i haven't replied this tread for a while, my internet got cut off...

Here is currently what i see when i visit my domain

Edit: Btw may i have the ips for the nameservers
it seems that by adding www to the url of the domain works

The domain opens both ways, with and without www. Are you able to access it now?
