x10hosting.com problem with webspell ??

Hello,
I have a problem, say when uploads an image on the website, the image does not show, but it is white or no show. Means not to add partners or screens War. I changed permissions several times in all ways, and to me it seems fine, but again the same thing happens. Can you help or a problem with permission?
