X10Hosting continues to suspend every site I make because of a false DMCA takedown

A person is E-Mailing X10Hosting with a fake DMCA takedown note, and X10hosting believes it and suspends my sites, this is making me mad, because I get suspended within 30 minutes of making a site and uploading my files, can someone please help?
