Please help me clear access to my x10hosting. I log in no problem in X10. When I click hosting control panel it times out again. requested help yesterday and could get to my control panel for a few seconds. Then it showed an issue with my internet connection. After that I was back to square one with my control panel link timing out again.
The connection has timed out
An error occurred during a connection to x14.x10hosting.com:2222.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.
I also noticed issues connecting to my website.

From what I read in a few posts, x10hosting email account can trip the server. So I have removed it from my email client, after I noticed the client kept trying to load emails.

i can view your website ok from my end,
https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222/ seems to work for me
although thats not the correct way to access directadmin
id use https://x10hosting.com/login then click the hosting control panel button

its also possible you got ip blocked, staff would need to check if your blocked.
but if you did id assume you could not see your website either.
do you see any specific errors ?

Using https://x10hosting.com/login works for me too. But then access to control panel churns and times out. All my issues started after I setup a new email address. I noticed email did not work anymore. Any connection?

This has been resolved and mention in our discord.

You are getting blocked due to too many email login attempts. You must correct the email account test@yourdomain from your local machine to prevent this from happening.

I used my VPN and could run my website as well. Clearly my IP is blocked or being systematically blocked again after being unblocked. I eliminated client email

Yes I did. But my control panel is still locked.

EDIT: Please disregard. This was resolved on the discord. Thanks!

I am having an identical problem. Not only can my control panel not load, but my website will also not load. I just set up my account within the last few days. I pointed my domain to the nameservers this morning. The website appeared to be up and running in full about an hour ago. What is the resolution?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties accessing your x10hosting control panel and your website. While I can't directly troubleshoot the issue for you, I can provide some general steps you can take to try to resolve the problem.

  1. Check your internet connection: Ensure that you have a stable and working internet connection. Try visiting other websites to confirm if your internet connection is functioning properly.
  2. Clear your browser cache: Clearing your browser's cache can help resolve temporary issues. Go to your browser settings and clear the cache and cookies. Then, try accessing your control panel again.
  3. Use a different browser: Try accessing your control panel using a different web browser. Sometimes browser-related issues can cause problems. If you're using Firefox, try using Chrome, Safari, or another browser to see if the issue persists.
  4. Disable firewall or proxy: If you have a firewall or proxy enabled on your computer, try disabling them temporarily to see if they are causing any conflicts. Ensure that your browser is permitted to access the web by checking the firewall or proxy settings.
  5. Contact x10hosting support: If the problem continues to persist, it would be best to reach out to x10hosting support directly. They will have more specific knowledge about their system and can assist you in resolving the issue.
