Well to reiterate, first my site was terminated without 10 day suspension for failing to log in to forums, my bad. (Feel much worse for the "innocent" people who lost sites in the migration)

Then I created a new account (you know the whole 10 step process) and account was "pending" for over 24 hours. I received a confirmation of new account but when tried to log in it no longer existed.

OKAY. (Free hosting I know I shouldn't complain)

Very helpful people diagnosed the problem (Boss is best) and new account was created for me by very helpful account manager (LadyAnna) This was very nice and much better than creating another account again (10 step process + very slow internet connection = not fun) Thank you.

I received confirmation of new account in my e-mail (aquarianderek@yahoo.com) and logged in successfully however I received "DATA ERROR" message when I tried to upload any files. So I waited to give the servers time for whatever they needed...... Later when I tried to log back in to cpanel I received "Log in attempt failed" message.
My user name in: aquarian

I am still receiving (login attempt failed!) message.

NO HELP, NO REPLIES, NO RESOLUTION

I tried to log into my account using the new account info provided to me by (LadyAnna)

The forum username supplied does not exist, you must supply a valid forum username.”

forum username - aquarian
forum password -********
And I receive this message

So I then tried to log into the account using forum user name and info and receive this.

forum username - aquarian derek
forum password -********

“The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.”

Please be sure you are using the correct account to access x10Hosting's account management system. You should be using the forum account that you provided during the hosting account signup process. If you are not, this error is most likely the result.

If you have successfully logged into the account system in the past, this error may be the result of the hosting account no longer existing. If you have not accessed your x10Hosting account in an extended period of time, it may have been terminated with our inactivity policy.
If you've recently signed up to find that your account errored during creation, and you selected to "reattempt" or "cancel" your account signup, you will see this message until you sign up for an account again.
To receive a definite answer regarding the status of your account, open a support ticket at: http://support.x10hosting.com

These errors I have been receiving since my original account was terminated without notice or suspension.

I understand your hands are very full right now but I am a client and I am not receiving any resolution to this issue. This is very frustrating please help.
I have lost about a week of work with this issue.

I know this is free hosting and for a few months I was mostly satisfied with the service. However, I do believe that if you are going to offer a service you should at least provide the service.

Migration or not I feel my patronage has been poorly serviced.

I know it's a free service I shouldn't complain, but you do deserve to know how your clients feel.

Sincerely
aquarian derek
p.s. Please excuse the grammar.

I understand your frustration. However, keep in mind that all this downtime and apparent bad service is simple there because we are upgrading our system to offer better service.

Thank you for the Reply.

This I have heard, and I am trying to be patient (not one of my predominant characteristics).

However you also must understand that we just launched a non-profit altruistic organization

(G.I.A.H. Internacional = Grupo para la Integracion y Avance Humano - Group for the Integration and Advancement of Humanity)

and have sent or domain giah.org.mx to lots of people and have been continualy plagued by down time.

I REALLY NEED MY SITE UP.

We are asking people for donations to help build a very needed orphanage here in Mexico and our apparent legitimacy is very important as many organizations here in Mexico are corrupt. Our web-site is a very important part of our fund raising strategy.

Thank you for all your help. Please forgive my impatience.

I'm very sorry for this inconvenience you have experienced. I'm glad to hear your Web site is working now. In the future, please be sure to login to the forums every 30 days to prevent suspension and termination after 10 days. We do read and value your feedback.

Should you have any more problems, feel free to create another thread and we will do our best to assist you in a timely manner.

Thank you for choosing x10hosting, and once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.
