x10hosting newsletter

Received a newsletter today claiming to be from x10. It has nothing to do with x10 though but is a spam from some outfit called LogMeIn. How did this lot get hold of my email address which is used only for my x10 accounts? Are x10 selling email addresses? If so, how do I get this stopped - I don't pay for a service then expect my details to be passed on to third parties. I would like to receive x10 service emails, but not third party spam.

The links in the email go to LogMeIn via x10 links, so I guess it is a legitimate email, e.g.

i also received one. this is an email from x10, they haven't sold your address to anyone. According to corey, this is a 1 time deal. he won't do it again.

I have it in my e-mail as well. Here is the full e-mail. Message originated from Cirrus.x10hosting.com in Single Hop's data center. Too big to paste here so I will Pastebin it. Headers for the e-mail are located on the top.
