"x10Hosting Services Up/Down" Problem

Just a quick note as you admins say you don't take PMs...in the first post of the "x10Hosting Services Up/Down" thread, the picture next to Cossacks' MySQL status is the following:

"http://www.brandonsgames.com/chris/10.10.96.130/3306.gif["

Whatever code you have to decide which picture is displayed (Down or Up) shouldn't put a "[" at the end, because at the moment it just shows as a good old red cross in a white square, which as you can imagine is quite useless since that is probably the most asked about server and feature.

I fixed them, although they don't seem to be working still. I need to look into later why MySQL isn't showing up as online.

Hmm. I can't do anything at all with my website at the moment - I found a bug in phpbb3 and I cannot change my Style (which I think has caused the problem) or access the Administration Control Panel on my forum, and I also cannot login to cPanel for my website (incorrect Username or Password, which is a lie).

So it's just...sitting there.

Does anyone know if the cPanel/database problem been resolved yet?

My problems have been resolved. Thanks again guys, once I get my site up I will promote the heck out of x10hosting!!!!!

I do plan to buy a hosting package just so ya know from you guys. Just as soon as I get my DUI fine paid for. :eek4: Almost there!! :biggrin:

It is for me, it was solved by a new password and the suspension and unsuspension of my account. I have a theory about what might have happened though, I'm just waiting for Chris73 to get back to me.
